These Terms of Use govern your use of growithkurasystems.com and your communications with Kura Growth Systems ("Kura", "we", "us" or "our") through the Kura WhatsApp number and other channels we operate. Kura Growth Systems is based in Zimbabwe.

By using the website or messaging Kura, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

What Kura provides

The website and WhatsApp service provide general information about Kura, respond to business enquiries and help arrange audit calls. Information on the website, including examples, estimates and calculator outputs, is illustrative unless we expressly say otherwise. Results vary and we do not guarantee a particular number of enquiries, bookings, patients or revenue.

Any paid service, clinic implementation or processing performed for a client will be governed by a separate written agreement. These Terms do not by themselves appoint Kura to operate a clinic's systems or process its patient data.

No medical or emergency service

Kura does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment through this website or WhatsApp number. Do not use it for an emergency or an urgent medical need. Contact an appropriate healthcare professional or emergency service.

Acceptable use

You must not:

• use the service unlawfully, deceptively or to harm another person;
• submit malware, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with the service or evade security controls;
• impersonate another person or provide information you have no right to share;
• use automated tools to overload, scrape or probe the service; or
• send medical records, payment-card details, passwords or other unnecessary sensitive information.

Automated responses

Kura may use automated systems, including artificial intelligence, to understand and respond to messages or route them to a person. Automated responses can be incomplete or wrong. You should confirm important information with a person before relying on it.

Messaging

If you message Kura, you authorise us to reply through that channel about your enquiry. Marketing messages, where used, will follow applicable consent and opt-out rules. Reply STOP to opt out of non-essential WhatsApp messages. Carrier or data charges may apply.

Intellectual property

The website, branding, text, designs and software are owned by or licensed to Kura and are protected by applicable law. You may use the website for your own legitimate business evaluation, but you may not reproduce, sell or commercially exploit it without permission.

Third-party services

The service may use or link to third-party platforms such as WhatsApp and Google Calendar. We do not control those services, and their terms and availability also apply.

Availability and changes

We may change, suspend or discontinue part of the website or messaging service. We try to keep the service available and accurate, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Disclaimer and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the website and messaging service are provided "as is" for general information and business-enquiry purposes. We exclude warranties that cannot reasonably be inferred from these Terms. Kura is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the free website or enquiry service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms and will post the new version here with an updated effective date. Continued use after an update means the revised Terms apply from that point.
