Kura Growth Systems ("Kura", "we", "us" or "our") provides enquiry-response services for clinics and other practices. Kura Growth Systems is based in Zimbabwe.

This Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information when you visit growithkurasystems.com, book an audit call, or contact Kura through WhatsApp or another channel that we operate.

Information we collect

We may collect:

• your name, phone number, WhatsApp profile information and contact details;
• the messages, attachments and other information you send to us;
• information about your clinic, practice, enquiry process and appointment needs that you choose to share;
• booking details and information submitted when you schedule a call;
• technical information needed to operate and secure our website and messaging service, such as timestamps, delivery status, logs, browser or device information and IP address where available; and
• records of your consent, preferences, opt-outs and requests.

Please do not send medical records, payment-card details, passwords or other information that is not needed for your enquiry. If you include health or other sensitive information in a message, we will handle it only as needed to respond, protect the service or comply with law.

How we use information

We use personal information to:

• reply to enquiries and provide information about Kura;
• arrange and prepare for audit calls;
• operate, monitor and improve our website, WhatsApp assistant and enquiry process;
• hand an enquiry to a person when the automated assistant cannot safely or accurately handle it;
• prevent misuse, investigate errors and protect our systems; and
• comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

Automated systems, including artificial intelligence, may help classify an enquiry, prepare or send a response, and route it to a person. A person may review conversations and service logs for support, quality and safety. Do not rely on Kura for medical advice or emergencies.

When we share information

We share personal information only as needed with service providers that help us run the website, hosting, security, scheduling, messaging, automation and artificial-intelligence functions. These providers may process information for us under their own contractual and legal obligations.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, in connection with a business reorganisation, or with your direction or consent. We do not sell personal information.

Kura currently operates this WhatsApp service for Kura's own business. If we later process enquiries on behalf of a clinic or other client, that client will remain responsible for its relationship with its patients and we will define the parties' data-handling responsibilities in a separate written agreement.

International processing

Some providers may process information outside Zimbabwe. Where this occurs, we take reasonable steps to use providers and safeguards appropriate to the information and the service.

Retention

We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, including follow-up, service operation, security, dispute handling and legal obligations. Retention periods vary with the type of record and the reason it is held. We delete or anonymise information when it is no longer needed, unless the law requires us to keep it.

Your choices and rights

You may ask to access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you, or object to or restrict certain uses where applicable. You may also withdraw consent and opt out of non-essential messages. To stop promotional WhatsApp messages, reply STOP. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. Some information may be retained where required by law or needed for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution or the rights of others.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures intended to protect personal information. No internet or messaging service is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Third-party services

Our website may link to WhatsApp, Google Calendar and other third-party services. Their own privacy terms apply when you use them.

Children

Kura's website and business-enquiry service are not directed to children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us without appropriate permission, contact us so we can review and delete it where required.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our service or legal obligations change. We will post the updated version here and change the effective date.
