How to request deletion of information held by Kura

You can ask Kura Growth Systems to delete personal information associated with your WhatsApp conversation or website enquiry.

Submit a request

1. Email kuragrowthsystems@gmail.com with the subject DELETE MY DATA, or message Kura from the WhatsApp number connected to your conversation at +1 405 746 1457 and begin with DELETE MY DATA.
2. Tell us which interaction or information the request concerns. Do not send passwords, identity documents or other sensitive information unless we specifically ask for information needed to verify the request.

If you cannot use the original WhatsApp number, email kuragrowthsystems@gmail.com with the subject DATA DELETION REQUEST and explain how we can identify the relevant record. We may ask for limited information to verify that the request concerns you.

What happens next

We will acknowledge the request and review the records we can reasonably identify. After verification, we will delete or anonymise personal information that Kura is not required to retain. We aim to complete valid requests within 30 days, or tell you if more time is reasonably needed.

Deletion may not cover information that:

• has already been anonymised so it no longer identifies you;
• must be kept to comply with law;
• is needed for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution or the rights of others; or
• is held independently by a third-party service under its own legal responsibilities.

We will tell you when the request is complete or explain any information we cannot delete and why.

Delete information held by Meta or WhatsApp

Deleting information from Kura's systems does not automatically delete your WhatsApp account or information Meta holds independently. Use the privacy and account controls provided by WhatsApp or Meta for those requests.
